Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days of your order. 

If your order includes personalised products, please allow 5-7 working days. 

We use a local courier wherever possible but otherwise use a Royal Mail service. 

Our delivery charges are weight based. We charge £3.50 for orders up to 2kg and £10 for orders between 2-5kg in line with Royal Mail charges. We ask that you get in touch for orders over 5kg.  

If you need your order sooner, please get in touch to see whether we can accommodate your request. 


Changed your mind?

You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receipt if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.

We will process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 15 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.


Damaged goods?

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by using our contact form so that we may arrange a refund or replacement as required. We will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible but please allow up to 15 working days. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded and we are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods.
